As 2020 ends, we are saying “Good bye” to a year that has been definitely unique in our whole history.
We well know that it is unlikely to say that the turn of the New Year will also mark the end of the pandemic; however, we maintain firmly the positivity and trust that distinguish us and we will work together for a future of satisfaction and happiness.
This greeting card represents a small gesture of solidarity as a Christmas gift for all our partners. In this year of global pandemic F.B.M. has donated masks and medical equipment to hospitals and communities locally as a responsibility to sustain our territory in this tough year.
Nevertheless, this year we have worked strongly to organize a safe action plan in order to be closer to our customers and always oriented toward the future.
SAFETY FIRST - We implemented rigid protocols of safety procedures in all our four factories to guarantee maximum protection of our employees and a safe working place.
PEOPLE CARE & COMMUNITY - We strongly take care of the health of all our people, prioritizing human capital, taking into account employees’ needs and sharing information about good prevention practices as part of the social role we take for our community.
WEB PRESENCE & MEETINGS - We have reorganized our customer’s proximity strategy with new type of meetings and strengthening the information available online. Every week you can enjoy a new article published on the F.B.M. Blog including interesting contents on the new expected scenarios for the cookware industry and foreseen trends for next year.
NEW RELEASES - This year we launched several new products to support our desire to always be a dynamic force in the industry and creates products that can be attractive for you. Latest releases counts on Super, Alfa, Nika, 260, Edra and the brand new sustainable line F.B.M. ECOSYSTEM. Product launch has been done also by using unexpected ways to share all the latest creations, since innovation also includes the way we reach you!
